Grantrow Middle East is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for a leading real estate client based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals and is ideal for HR professionals with strong recruitment experience and a passion for talent acquisition. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end hiring processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.

• Use recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Bayut, Taleo, etc., for sourcing top talent.

• Apply best practices in candidate evaluation, selection, and compliance with labor laws.

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and internal teams.

• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years specifically in recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with various recruitment tools and systems.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
