Grantrow Middle East is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for a leading real estate client based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals and is ideal for HR professionals with strong recruitment experience and a passion for talent acquisition. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end hiring processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Use recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Bayut, Taleo, etc., for sourcing top talent.

Apply best practices in candidate evaluation, selection, and compliance with labor laws.

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
Requirements:

Must be a UAE National.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years specifically in recruitment.

Hands-on experience with various recruitment tools and systems.
-
Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
