Deyaar Development PJSC is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to manage and implement the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent. The role will ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and facilitate a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The position also involves building relationships with external agencies and universities to enhance the talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent based on the company’s business needs

Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates

Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources

Oversee the onboarding process, including employment contracts, visa processing, and orientation
-
Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure a seamless transition for new employees

Monitor and report on recruitment progress, providing updates and key metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities

Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs
Skills Required: -
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

HR-related post-graduate certification

5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition

Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and Taleo
-
Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across multiple channels
