This Recruitment Specialist role focuses on talent acquisition, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. The position is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, managing onboarding, and collaborating with HR to meet hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Use social media, networking events, and job fairs to recruit potential candidates.

Oversee onboarding processes and ensure proper paperwork is completed.

Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ interest, personality, and salary expectations.

Provide feedback to management on applications and recruitment progress.

Screen candidates based on standardized techniques to assess skills, qualifications, and experience.

Build and maintain a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Work closely with HR to understand hiring needs and available positions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Professional Human Resources certification (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Experience in building and managing talent pipelines.

Knowledge of recruiting metrics for decision-making.

Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.

Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month
