About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across various service lines including Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Leisure, and Building Services. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing top talent that aligns with our high-performance culture and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both frontline and support roles

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals

• Conduct screening and shortlisting for skill and cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback with hiring managers

• Collaborate with the PRO team for visa and government processing

• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and compliance documentation

• Support workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives

• Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FM, hospitality, or manpower supply

• Strong sourcing skills and ability to hire at scale

• Proficient in English; Hindi language skills are a strong plus

• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring processes

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
