Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create targeted job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

• Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure timely communication and feedback.

• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Recruitment Specialist.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate evaluation techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (written & spoken).

• Location Requirement: Must be based in the UAE.
