- Collaborate with Managers & Directors to take detailed job briefs for active roles.
- Conduct market mappings to identify potential talent pools.
- Source, shortlist, screen, and brief candidates for relevant job opportunities.
- Prepare high-level information packs to provide candidates with insights into clients, roles, and the regional job market.
- Maintain trackers and candidate databases, ensuring accurate records of active job seekers.
- Manage interview processes, including scheduling and coordinating logistics for client-candidate interactions.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates when required.
