• Prepare high-level information packs to provide candidates with insights into clients, roles, and the regional job market.
• Maintain trackers and candidate databases, ensuring accurate records of active job seekers.
• Manage interview processes, including scheduling and coordinating logistics for client-candidate interactions.
• Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates when required.
