ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. With a focus on delivering exceptional talent solutions, we aim to connect top-tier professionals with leading companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels

• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants’ skills and cultural fit

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements

• Manage the full offer process including salary negotiations and benefits discussions

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent networks

• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance strategies

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations

• Mentor and train junior recruiters, enhancing team performance and capabilities

• Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and performance metrics to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Demonstrated success in filling positions across various functions and levels

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team

• Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
