HRsource, a leading Dubai-based recruitment agency, is looking for a Recruitment Intern (Digital & Tech) for a 4-month internship, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle recruitment for digital, tech, consulting, luxury retail, and FMCG sectors across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and headhunt passive candidates for core and niche functional roles (junior to MD level)
• Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, building long-term relationships
• Drive business development initiatives and direct advertising for talent acquisition
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring candidates match the right roles
• Meet KPIs and sales targets in a results-oriented recruitment environment

Skills Required:

• Prior work or internship experience in sales or service-oriented businesses
• Must be based in the UAE
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and learn quickly
• Self-directed with a strong results-driven approach
• Effective team player and cross-functional collaborator
