Recruitment Coordinator

A well-established organization (Confidential) in Dubai is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a temporary on-site role. This position is suited for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment operations and administrative support within the UAE.

Role Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the hiring process, working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams. This includes interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, visa documentation, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data

  • Assist with resume screening and initial phone screenings, if required

  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment journey

  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics, including time-to-hire and pipeline status

  • Support employer branding and participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns

  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth candidate transitions

  • Liaise with employees and PROs to collect and verify employment documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of visa-related documents for audits and reporting

  • Stay informed of immigration law changes and update management accordingly

  • Assist with visa processing for new hires, business travel, or special projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or HR admin roles within UAE

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms; Power BI experience is an advantage

  • Excellent reporting, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
