The role involves sourcing and placing finance professionals for top-tier firms in the UAE and globally, particularly in key financial hubs like DIFC and ADGM. The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, excellent client relationship management skills, and deep industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the finance sector, both locally and globally.

• Source and screen candidates for roles in private equity, banking, wealth management, financial advisory, FinTech, and sustainable finance.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.

• Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the finance recruitment division.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment within the finance sector, with a strong network in private equity and finance services.

• Experience in recruiting for roles in DIFC, ADGM, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region.

• Excellent business development skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong understanding of finance roles and the ability to match top talent with client needs.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
