Alwan Manpower Services LLC, a leading recruitment agency in Dubai, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with hands-on experience in agency-based hiring. This is not an HR or Talent Acquisition role—the ideal candidate must have a strong background in agency recruitment and be based in Dubai.

The Recruitment Consultant will act as a vital link between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth coordination and successful placements while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and source job vacancies that align with client and candidate needs.

• Advise clients and candidates on salary ranges, career growth, and training opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.

• Conduct headhunting, interviews, and candidate assessments to match the right talent with suitable roles.

• Use internal candidate databases to identify and shortlist suitable applicants.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from candidate sourcing to client coordination and interview scheduling.

• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Research new business leads and potential markets to expand client portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency role in Dubai (UAE experience essential).

• Excellent command of English.

• Currently residing in Dubai.

• Experience in non-IT recruitment preferred.
