Antal International is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role combines new business development and recruitment delivery to meet set targets. You will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, developing client relationships, and managing the recruitment process for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Identify qualified leads using the company’s CRM, social media, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence.

  • Convert leads into clients through proactive calls, meetings, and presentations.

  • Maintain close relationships with current and potential clients to win new recruitment opportunities.

  • Build rapport with key decision-makers to ensure a continuous flow of business.

• Recruitment & Delivery:

  • Search for candidates using the company database, job boards, social media, and headhunting.

  • Screen and interview candidates to match 95% or more of the client’s job requirements.

  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients and manage the interview process.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.
