Smooth Professional is expanding and seeking experienced 360° Recruitment Consultants to join its high-performance team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for agency recruiters who thrive in client-facing, revenue-generating environments. As a 360° Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from business development to candidate placement—while building your own niche within a collaborative, startup-minded culture backed by an established UAE group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle: business development, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and aftercare
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients and candidates
• Develop business within your chosen vertical (e.g., STEM, Professional Services, Tech)
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates across the region
• Consistently deliver against KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 360° agency recruitment
• Proven success in business development and client management
• Experience in technical, STEM, or professional markets preferred
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• International exposure is a plus
• Based in or open to relocating to Dubai
