Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to client engagement and successful placement. Job Purpose:
To lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and timely placements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and design customized recruitment strategies.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and handle all related communications and feedback.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and consistent follow-ups.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and recruitment targets.

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, market benchmarks, and employment practices, especially within the UAE.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.

• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent acquisition skills using modern recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
