Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to final offer negotiation.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships within the real estate and construction sectors.

• Drive new business development by identifying potential clients and creating strategic partnerships.

• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and clients to meet placement goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and client satisfaction.

• Deliver results-driven recruitment solutions while meeting individual and team targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring demands across the Middle East market.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or construction industries.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Middle East experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
