Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to final offer negotiation.

Build and nurture strong client relationships within the real estate and construction sectors.

Drive new business development by identifying potential clients and creating strategic partnerships.

Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and clients to meet placement goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and client satisfaction.

Deliver results-driven recruitment solutions while meeting individual and team targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and hiring demands across the Middle East market.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or construction industries.

Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Middle East experience preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
