VMMC is seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant (猎头顾问) to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for experienced professionals passionate about talent acquisition, client management, and international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interview evaluations, and report writing.

• Independently handle client projects while maintaining effective communication with hiring managers to understand and guide recruitment needs.

• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database through proactive talent acquisition efforts.

• Lead offer negotiation and onboarding coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support team efficiency through process improvements and recruitment strategy optimization.

• Participate in international project coordination and global talent recommendations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in headhunting or recruitment, with a proven ability to independently manage recruitment projects.

• Strong client communication and project management skills with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable recruitment strategies.

• Proficiency in English for daily communication; cross-cultural communication experience is an advantage.

• Experience with overseas recruitment projects is preferred.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, responsible, and resilient under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000/month (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

• Commission: Based on project revenue (to be discussed)

• Additional Benefits: Housing allowance, transportation allowance, meal subsidy, medical insurance, annual air ticket, paid annual leave

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
