• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted career advisor.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, delivering tailored hiring solutions.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and exceed client expectations.

• Contribute to professional branding through LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.

• Leverage technology and social sourcing to engage with passive talent.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Agency recruitment experience is essential (target-driven background preferred).

• Proven success in candidate management and pipeline development.

• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels.

• Account management experience is an advantage (building client relationships, delivering SLAs).

• Leadership or executive hiring experience is a plus.

• Digital-native mindset with expertise in LinkedIn and social sourcing tools.
