PARIS GROUP is looking for a Recruiter to handle hiring activities for the VP’s Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to create job postings, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process to hire the right person within the timeline

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs

Review candidates’ applications and job requisitions to ensure a match

Source qualified job candidates via databases, networking, recruitment portals, and employee referrals

Screen applicants using Boolean search and keywords
-
Interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience

Make hiring recommendations to managers and update candidates about job offers
-
Conduct reference and background checks
-
Prepare job offers and communicate them to selected candidates
-
Handle other recruitment tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE labor market

Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing and interviewing

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other HR software
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
