Responsibilities:

• Understand Xiaomi’s business models and assist in planning talent pipelines based on business and market insights.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring strategies.

• Optimize recruitment processes through improved systems, methodologies, and workflows.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment expectations and solve hiring challenges efficiently.

• Build a long-term, sustainable talent pool by identifying and developing key personnel for future needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Prior recruitment experience in at least two domains such as sales, marketing, functional roles, or tech positions.

• Experience in headhunting or recruitment firms is highly preferred.
