Xiaomi Technology, one of the world’s leading electronics and smart device brands, is hiring a Recruiter in the UAE to support its growing regional operations. This role is vital to ensuring Xiaomi’s talent pipeline is aligned with its business strategies and market demands.
Responsibilities:

Understand Xiaomi’s business models and assist in planning talent pipelines based on business and market insights.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring strategies.

Optimize recruitment processes through improved systems, methodologies, and workflows.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment expectations and solve hiring challenges efficiently.

Build a long-term, sustainable talent pool by identifying and developing key personnel for future needs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

Proficiency in English is required.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Prior recruitment experience in at least two domains such as sales, marketing, functional roles, or tech positions.

Experience in headhunting or recruitment firms is highly preferred.
