About the Client:
Our client is a fast-paced and rapidly growing real estate brokerage firm in Dubai. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a driven and experienced recruiter to help scale their workforce and bring in top talent across all business functions.

Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You’ll work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and candidate onboarding.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

• Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and agency partnerships for sourcing.

• Ensure seamless coordination of interview schedules and timely feedback to stakeholders.

• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment metrics.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts and support broader HR initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate or high-volume hiring sector.

• Proficient in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and UAE labor regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
