Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Talent Sourcing – Recruit A-Players for Revolut’s growing teams, focusing on technical, product, and design roles.
📋 Candidate Engagement – Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
📊 Hiring Strategy – Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine interview processes, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
💼 Offer Management – Manage the offer process and ensure smooth closing of candidates.
🤝 Advisory Role – Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:
🎓 Experience – 3+ years as a Technical Recruiter, with a proven track record in hiring complex roles.
🛠 Skills – Strong technical acumen, organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
🌍 Collaboration – Experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers in a dynamic environment.
📅 Time Management – Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
🗣 Communication – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have:
💼 Experience – Background in hiring Product & Design roles or working in a recruitment agency, fintech, or hyper-growth startup.
