J & A Digital Media Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support the full-cycle hiring process for Customer Support Agents in the iGaming industry. Based in Dubai, this on-site role offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll play a vital role in building a high-performing team for one of the most exciting digital sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for iGaming customer support roles.

Coordinate interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Ensure timely and effective recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting customer support agents.

Understanding of the iGaming industry is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple vacancies.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
