TASC Outsourcing is looking to hire a Recruiter – Arabic Speakers (Fresher) to join their team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. This permanent role offers a salary range of AED 5,000 to 7,000 plus incentives.

The recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment support with a focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, providing excellent client and candidate service. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information about services and handling basic inquiries.

• Log interactions and maintain accurate records of candidate and client communications.

• Resolve basic concerns or escalate to relevant departments.

• Source candidate profiles through job portals and social media platforms.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain applicant tracking sheets and follow up on interview feedback.

• Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in recruitment or customer service.

• Confident communicator with a customer-centric mindset.

• Comfortable managing phone-based interactions and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
