Role Summary:
TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Recruiter (Arabic-speaking) for a 3-month outsourced contract based in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role, ideal for professionals with prior experience in volume hiring for the retail or hospitality sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely onboarding of candidates to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks

Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability

Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules

Manage recruitment trackers and maintain accurate candidate records

Ensure fast-paced, high-volume hiring to meet strict project deadlines

Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory: Previous experience in volume hiring, preferably in retail or hospitality

Fluency in Arabic is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with job boards and recruitment software

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
