Rycruit & Co. is seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and industries. This role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate and client experience while supporting recruitment and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams

• Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently

• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach
