NetApp is seeking a Recruiter on a 6-month contract to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Go-to-market and corporate functions across India and MEA markets. This role involves sourcing, screening, offering negotiations, and conducting orientation for new employees, while also providing insights on talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for Go-to-market and corporate functions in India and MEA markets.

  • Build detailed hiring plans, track deliverables, and ensure a formal process for recruitment activities.

  • Provide insights on talent acquisition strategies and influence hiring decisions in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct market research and market mapping to provide hiring managers with insights into talent availability.

  • Build talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships to ensure timely access to top talent.

  • Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and other HR partners to ensure smooth hiring processes and positive experiences for both candidates and hiring teams.

Job Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-market roles, including managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.

  • Strong experience in screening, evaluating, and preparing an ideal candidate slate within consistent timelines.

  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage them for talent sourcing.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Experience driving Talent Acquisition Programs in collaboration with business leaders.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred.

  • Experience working in the IT industry, particularly in Go-to-market Talent Acquisition.
