This full-time, on-site role focuses on sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to support the company’s growth in both off-plan and secondary real estate markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid network in the Dubai real estate industry, and a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, real estate job boards, networking events, referrals, campaigns, and industry-specific platforms

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience, sales performance, and cultural fit

Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

Promote the company’s value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content showcasing company culture, success stories, and market presence
Skills & Requirements:

Preferably 1+ year of recruitment experience in Dubai’s real estate market

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Proven track record of hiring top-performing agents in both off-plan and secondary markets

Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills
