Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Recreation Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the health club and pool areas, while delivering excellent guest service and supporting the overall recreational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the swimming pools (main and children’s), sun lounges, and surrounding areas.

• Set up pool deck furniture correctly each morning and ensure the area remains clean and organized.

• Assist guests upon arrival to the Bodylines health club, offering a warm welcome and necessary support.

• Provide tours and explain membership options to potential clients.

• Regularly inspect and clean changing rooms and other operational areas.

• Report maintenance issues or guest complaints to supervisors promptly.

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or vocational training in sports, leisure, or a related field.

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Ability to swim is mandatory.

• Physically fit and comfortable working long hours outdoors.

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills are an advantage.
