Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for reciprocating compressors across the MENAT region. The role involves engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational teams to achieve business growth. A strong connection with the Naroda factory is required to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the MENAT region.
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities in Africa and the Middle East, ensuring long-term growth.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to align on sales strategies.
✔ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
✔ Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery.
✔ Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and business growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✅ Experience: 15+ years in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational company.
