Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests with professionalism.

• Manage reservations and handle administrative tasks.

• Provide information about hotel services and nearby attractions.

• Process billing and cash operations accurately.

• Uphold the hotel’s image and deliver excellent customer service.

• Support in various tasks such as breakfast preparation, housekeeping assistance, and restaurant service.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Eligible for apprenticeship: aged 18–29, RQTH, or high-level athlete.

• Strong professional commitment with a clear career goal.

• Impeccable appearance and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in French (oral and written) and good command of English.

Contract & Benefits:

• Type: Apprenticeship Contract (12–15 months).
