Al Tayer Travel is seeking a professional Receptionist (UAE National) to provide efficient and courteous front desk and administrative support. The role involves handling telephone calls, managing mail, maintaining reception cleanliness, and supporting office operations to uphold a professional corporate image. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing front desk operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct telephone calls courteously, providing necessary information or guidance and transferring calls to relevant personnel

Handle collection, distribution, and dispatch of in-house and external mail

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area to represent a professional corporate image

Adhere to essential housekeeping standards to ensure a welcoming environment
Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or similar roles

High School Certificate or equivalent

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
