Gargash Group is looking for a Receptionist (UAE National) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves greeting guests, managing calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position is ideal for a professional with excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, routing them to the right departments.

Take accurate messages and distribute them promptly.

Handle email inquiries, courier packages, and office mail.

Book meeting rooms, manage diaries, and arrange appointments.

Provide clerical and administrative support, including data entry and document processing.

Maintain professionalism while representing company values.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks and additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
