Burjline Builders, a reputed construction and development firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist / Personal Assistant (PA) to join their dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role will be based in either Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing crucial administrative support to departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls; manage messages and inquiries
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring appropriate routing to departments
  • Provide administrative support: manage correspondence, prepare documents, and schedule meetings
  • Maintain and restock office supplies and equipment
  • Handle confidential information with strict professionalism
  • Coordinate travel bookings and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and professional etiquette
