As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a passionate and professional Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming team.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in customer service, preferably within international or Western healthcare environments. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, inquiries, and front-desk operations, all while ensuring a seamless clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries efficiently.

• Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments.

• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

• Coordinate patient flow and support clinic operations across departments.

• Address patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure service excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in healthcare or dental clinics.

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable attitude.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus (Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Russian).

• Familiarity with international or Western healthcare practices is preferred.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
