Role Overview:
The Receptionist / Office Support role is a full-time position responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, welcoming clients and visitors, and supporting internal client services. You will be a key part of maintaining office efficiency and a positive professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression.

  • Manage conference room reservations, schedules, and catering for meetings and events.

  • Support office security, handle mail, and assist with facilities communication.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in receptionist, office support, or administrative roles is preferred.
