Role Overview:

Net2Source is hiring a Receptionist & Office Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for the Dubai office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and skilled in Excel, client communication, and administrative coordination. This full-time role involves front desk management, client interaction, payment tracking, and general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls via the landline.

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees, offering refreshments when required.

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Prepare, track, and follow up on client invoices and payment records.

  • Update Excel sheets with accurate financial and operational data.

  • Monitor office hygiene and coordinate cleaning schedules.

  • Manage and replenish office stationery and supplies inventory.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Conduct cold calls when necessary for business or operational purposes.

  • Handle client queries promptly and courteously.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support ad-hoc tasks.

Team Support:

  • Assist multiple teams with administrative requirements.

  • Take initiative beyond defined responsibilities to maintain workflow efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing roles or cold calling.

  • Familiarity with basic invoicing or accounting systems.
