ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to represent the first impression of their Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will play a key role in office operations, providing a welcoming atmosphere and strong administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and manage the online calendar

Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic document preparation

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

Assist with travel bookings when needed

Monitor and reorder office supplies

Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional appearance and attitude with a proactive mindset

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong asset
