ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to represent the first impression of their Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will play a key role in office operations, providing a welcoming atmosphere and strong administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor

  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage the online calendar

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic document preparation

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Assist with travel bookings when needed

  • Monitor and reorder office supplies

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Professional appearance and attitude with a proactive mindset

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong asset
