We are recruiting on behalf of a leading beverage distributor in the UAE known for its dynamic work culture and professional environment. The company seeks a well-presented, experienced Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate the telephone system, managing incoming and outgoing calls with a warm and professional manner.

Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a hospitable front office experience.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable front office area at all times.

Handle clearance of local cheques and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
-
Order office supplies, stationery, and food as needed.
-
Coordinate courier services efficiently.
-
Manage meeting room bookings effectively.
Key Competencies:

Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Professional appearance and friendly, approachable personality.

Previous experience in a front-facing or administrative role is preferred.
