TASC Outsourcing is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team in Dubai on a contract basis. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple guest needs efficiently. The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences and prompt resolution of any complaints.
Role and Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries.

Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor and respond to guest feedback received through surveys and online platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
