This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a warm personality, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism
- Answer telephone calls and guest queries, providing accurate information on promotions, room rates, and local activities
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payments in line with cash handling procedures
- Identify corporate leads and build long-term guest relationships
- Promote online guest feedback and monitor reviews for service improvement
- Perform general office duties including correspondence, filing, and maintaining reception supplies
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Ensure guest safety in accordance with hotel safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front office department
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is preferred
- Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Customer-focused with a proactive and flexible approach
