Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart. The receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, visitors, and suppliers with a warm and professional approach
  • Handling guest inquiries, providing information on promotions, room prices, and local activities
  • Processing reservations and cancellations efficiently
  • Managing payments in accordance with cash handling procedures
  • Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships
  • Driving online guest feedback and promoting customer engagement
  • Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining reception supplies and stationeries
  • Ensuring guest safety in line with company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist in the front office department
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS)
  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive and excellent organizational skills
