DC Aviation Al Futtaim (DCAF) is a leading Business Aviation Company established in 2013, providing integrated hangar and VIP lounge services at Al-Maktoum International Airport. DCAF offers charter, FBO, maintenance, and aircraft management services, with a mission to be the number one aviation company in the UAE and the region.

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for VVIP clients. This key role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The receptionist will greet clients, manage the front desk, coordinate with facility teams, and ensure the smooth operation of FBO lounges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, assist, and serve light refreshments to VVIP clients

• Ensure accurate daily reporting is completed on time

• Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to maintain cleanliness and stock in FBO areas

• Maintain a safe working environment

• Assist Ground Operations and management teams as needed

• Manage front-of-house and reception desk operations

• Handle client queries and manage guest lists

• Monitor and report safety or maintenance issues in FBO lounges

• Replenish refreshments, pantry, and amenities

• Support food and beverage preparation alongside catering providers

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional proficiency in reading and writing English

• Proven VVIP customer service experience

• Advanced telephone communication skills

• Excellent grooming and presentation standards

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in aviation industry

• Experience with VVIP clients is highly desirable
