We are seeking a well-presented and highly organized Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is exclusively open to Filipina nationals who are friendly, efficient, and capable of handling front desk operations while supporting general administrative functions. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.

  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room calendars, and maintain logs.

  • Perform administrative support tasks: data entry, filing, photocopying, supply management.

  • Liaise with various departments for internal coordination.

  • Assist in minor creative tasks such as basic photo editing using Photoshop.

Candidate Profile:

  • Female Filipino national (Bisaya or Ilonggo language skills are a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a receptionist or admin assistant role in the UAE.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience using office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers, fax machines).

  • Knowledge of basic photo editing (Photoshop preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and positive attitude.

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management capabilities.
