We are seeking a Receptionist cum Admin who will act as the welcoming face of our clinic and play a vital administrative role in supporting seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:

Greet and check in clients warmly, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.

Manage incoming communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using clinic management software.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and brand-consistent.

Manage walk-in clients and minimize waiting times.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update client records (digital and paper).
-
Input treatment details, generate invoices, and keep accurate patient records.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on appointments and revenue.

Follow up with clients for feedback, reminders, or post-care instructions.

Coordinate with doctors and nurses to support clinic flow.
Support Functions:

Track inventory and manage ordering of clinic supplies.

Help with team schedules and internal coordination.

Support marketing tasks such as lead follow-up and appointment conversions.

Handle payment processing (cash, card, online) and liaise with accounting.
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience (clinic/healthcare preferred).

Proficient in clinic or salon management tools (e.g., Zenoti, Cliniko, Timely).

Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.

Well-groomed, confident, and capable of representing a luxury brand.

Calm under pressure, highly organized, and tech-savvy.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.
