Alba Cars is hiring a Receptionist/Host to be the face of its showroom and deliver a premium customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors professionally as the first point of contact.

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Maintain a clean and inviting reception/showroom area.

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.

Handle filing, records, and showroom documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in reception, front desk, or similar customer-facing role.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask under pressure.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site only (no remote/hybrid)
Salary Range: AED 2,800 – AED 3,000 per month
Benefits: UAE visa sponsorship and medical insurance
