Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist & Admin Assistant for one of our esteemed clients in Dubai. This is a key front-facing role for a world-renowned company, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your professionalism while contributing to a collaborative office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a pivotal role in managing the reception area with grace and efficiency. In addition to front-desk responsibilities, you will provide day-to-day administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.

Manage the front desk and phone system, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.

Provide administrative support to the wider team, assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Offer entry-level HR assistance, including document management and supporting employee queries.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office events.

Ensure the office is organized, ensuring all areas are tidy and supplies are stocked.

Assist with travel arrangements, filing, and document preparation as required.

Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring that they reach the correct recipients promptly.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

A positive, calm demeanor with a strong ability to multitask under pressure.

Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills to create a professional first impression.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant, ideally within a corporate or multinational environment.

Ability to be a true team player, working collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 6,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Structured working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
