Role Overview

We are seeking a courteous and professional Receptionist to join our administrative team for the upcoming academic year (2025–2026). As the first point of contact for the school, the ideal candidate will offer a welcoming presence to visitors and assist with front-of-house and administrative duties that support a smooth school operation.

This position is open to UAE Nationals only.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with adequate supplies and school literature.

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally using the school’s telephone protocol.

Customer Service & Admissions Support

  • Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, tuition, and admissions process.

  • Assist parents and prospective students during the registration and enquiry process.

  • Support the Admissions Team with in-bound/out-bound calls and data entry into the MIS.

Clerical & Admin Support

  • Perform daily administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, and filing.

  • Produce and maintain class lists and other school-related documentation.

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Schedule transportation and appointments as required.

Additional Duties

  • Attend staff meetings and training as needed.

  • Support school-wide events and parent communications.

  • Undertake any tasks reasonably assigned by line managers.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Certificate / Diploma (required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing administrative role, preferably in the education sector.

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly valued.


Skills & Attributes

  • Fluent Arabic and strong English communication (written & verbal)

  • Warm, professional, and culturally aware demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT tasks

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
