This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients while supporting smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the clinic calendar

Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information about services and treatments

Assist with client check-ins, form completion, and updating patient records

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Process payments, handle billing queries, and support insurance verification

Ensure a smooth patient flow in coordination with medical and administrative teams

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist in an aesthetic clinic within the UAE

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High-level customer service and attention to detail

Proficiency in managing appointments and electronic medical records
