Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Abu Dhabi Capital Centre hotel. You’ll ensure guests experience a smooth check-in and check-out, handle queries professionally, and contribute to the overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out processes

• Answer calls and provide accurate information on services, room rates, and promotions

• Process reservations and cancellations in line with procedures

• Handle payments following proper cash-handling policies

• Assist with guest queries, feedback, and online reviews

• Liaise with other departments for guest requests and complaints

• Perform admin duties and maintain front desk supplies

• Promote safety by following hotel protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist (Front Office)

• Knowledge of Opera (PMS)

• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused

• Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
