Ali & Sons Holding LLC is offering an exciting opportunity for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join its Service Centre team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to customer care.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors at the service centre, ensuring a positive first impression.

Provide estimated wait times, offer refreshments, and ensure customer comfort.

Operate the telephone switchboard: handle, transfer, and connect calls professionally.

Manage service appointments, make reminder calls, and follow up on inquiries.

Assist with customer complaints and prepare feedback reports.
-
Support staff with internal and external phone communications.
-
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Provide administrative support to the Service Manager as needed.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling office/telephone systems.
-
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language is a strong advantage).

Customer service or receptionist certification preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
